How Does It Work?

Our tours are customized based on the needs of our clients. We work with you to create the most relevant tour experience where you meet the right organizations and fulfill your goals while you are in Boston.

Tour Length

We organize tours from one to five days. The most popular tours include a high-value program of leading organizations balanced with uniquely Boston social activities such as the Freedom Trail, Boston Duck Boats, or even watching the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park.

Pricing

Our competitive pricing is based on the size of the group and the number of days. We offer significantly discounted pricing for educational groups. Contact us to get a pricing estimate for your customized tour.

Itinerary Planning Process

We collaborate with you from the start. You identify the top organizations you want to visit and we prioritize them in the itinerary planning. Please note visits are subject to the availability constraints of the host organizations and there are no guarantees they will be able to meet with us.

Accommodations

Groups are responsible for booking their own accommodations however it can also be included in the overall cost. We are happy to help you select the right accommodations for your group. We are very sympathetic to folks with accessibility issues so please contact us and we can make special arrangements to make your stay comfortable.

Tour Size

We work with individual participants, small class groups of 20 people, and large delegations of 80+ people. We find the most manageable size to be 10-20 which we love because it allows us to plan the itinerary and manage the group with optimal flexibility.

Meals & Transportation

We avoid logistical obstacles whenever possible (such as Boston’s terrible traffic). Site visits are often just a short walk. However, sometimes it is necessary to hire a private coach at an additional cost. For smaller groups of we use UberXL/Lyfts which is the cheapest, fastest, and most flexible way to get around Boston. In a typical itinerary we also include some breakfasts, access to free coffee, and usually a celebratory dinner.
